This is an exciting opportunity to join the National Gallery`s digital team promoting the world-class collection for the benefit of visitors from the UK and overseas.

As the eCRM & Social Media Assistant you will be working in a team to develop content plans and schedules, monitor and update the Gallery`s social media channels, and provide support in all aspects of eCRM and Community management and development. You will also help identify and execute new approaches, techniques and technology to improve performance utilising best practice.

You will have a minimum of 6 months to 1 years` experience working in eCRM and on social media campaigns. You will also be familiar with customer database software (e.g. MS Dynamics) and have basic skills in HTML and Photoshop. Ideally you will also have some experience of working with an ESP (e.g. dotmailer) and social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite). Finally, you will need to have a high standard of written English and be able to produce excellent and engaging copy.
