This is an exciting opportunity to lead a newly-formed creative learning programme team at The National Gallery in London.

The Creative Learning Programmes Manager will be part of the leadership team of the Department, with responsibility for the development and delivery of creative learning programmes. This is a new role devised to facilitate the delivery of the Gallery`s Education Strategy in alignment with wider organisational objectives. A critical creative objective of the role is to ensure holistic public programming across the team and to develop the digital ambitions of the department.

The principle purpose of the role is to lead on development and delivery of consistent and high quality content for the Creative Learning Programmes for adults, children and young people. You will have a strong background in creative programming, learning, partnership working, an understanding of impact and evaluation and a strong focus on creating new digital service offerings to complement and extend the reach of the Gallery. You will have departmental responsibility for leading on integrating the department`s creative outputs with those of the other departments within the public programmes and partnerships directorate.

The post-holder will deputise for the Head of Education as and when appropriate.
