The Communication department is made up of teams of specialists in press, marketing, research, e-crm, social media, membership, design, content and creative - who all work together to provide impactful, innovative and integrated communications for the National Gallery.

The Communications Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing department wide coordination, facilitation and administrative support.

Acting as a lynch pin across the Communications department and liaising with the wider Gallery, the post holder will facilitate collaboration and aid multiplatform comms planning and delivery.
The coordinator will provide support to ensure campaigns and projects are completed efficiently and within the department`s resources, providing support with financial tracking and general administrative assistance.
In addition, this post will assist the Head of Communications and Director of Digital with diary management and day to day administrative support.
