The National Gallery is rolling out its new digital services programme, a commercially-focussed strategy based on three core value propositions: developing new data-driven business models; digitising our visitor journey and creating immersive experiences.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the digital products and technologies used to deliver all three of these propositions. They will develop and hold an integrated vision for our digital technology stack, working to make it a well-integrated architecture and identifying how we can create most value from it. This will include both the in-house systems we manage directly to develop new products and services, and the third-party SAAS platforms we use alongside them. They will lead on the technical development lifecycle of new products based on this architecture. These products will be include the Gallery website, its mobile applications, digital signage, email marketing platform and other applications.

The Senior Product Manager will develop an agile-based methodology for product management, and lead a team of product managers and developers, and work in partnership with data analysis user research, design and user experience design and content strategy and production across the organisation.
